Asrif Yusoff 

Asrif Yusoff is a learning and development practitioner and researcher with over 16 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in strategic planning, business development and communication. At present, Asrif is the head of leadership academy at PETRONAS Leadership Centre, where he is also a principal specialist in L&D.

Asrif is a doctoral candidate at Durham University. He holds a master's in social innovation degree from Cambridge University, an MBA from Imperial College London and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University.

Asrif is an adjunct associate professor of social innovation and change at Taylor's University and an adjunct lecturer of management and humanities at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. In 2023, Asrif published a book entitled, “Staying the Course: Navigating the Challenges of Part-time Study.”
