Gaurish Wagh is a learning and development professional, an international storyteller, master facilitator and egalitarian with over 23 years of diverse experience in talent management, learning solution design, leadership development, IT and sales. He is an International Certified Culture Coach from Berlitz, a Certified OD Practitioner from Hult Ashridge, NLP Trainer and Master Facilitator. He is an electronics engineer, ex-ISB and a certified Brain Bench Scholar in Linguistics. Gaurish is deeply interested in learning about and introducing new technologies like AI and ML in curating cutting-edge learning ecosystems. He is on a personal mission to enable organizations and educational institutions to build cultural agility and emotional intelligence for a better future. Gaurish has worked with organizations like Accenture, Sodexo and Credit Suisse. He is an avid traveler, voracious reader, writer and loves history, culture, art, music, theater, physics, quantum and interstellar travel. He is a pet parent and a tea connoisseur.
