Jessica Billiet

Principal Consultant - Workforce Transformation
Pluralsight

Jessica Billiet has been designing, building and leading excellent learning experiences for more than 10 years. As a principal consultant at Pluralsight, she enjoys empowering people to transform their organizations so employees have the means to unlock their potential and thrive. Jessica’s struggles with poverty in her early life shaped a core belief that talent exists everywhere, but opportunities are scarce. With a heavy focus on organizational psychology and user experience design, Jessica believes in inspiring others to take charge of their career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational psychology, and earned her MBA from Western Illinois University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) through the Association for Change Management Professionals.
