Kara Schillaci’s goal is to elevate development and career growth for employees and prepare the Rexel organization for the future. She has had roles inside large companies leading learning, talent, leadership and organizational development. Kara has also supported large and small organizations as a consultant. Her special talents are in employee engagement, culture change and skill development.
Kara’s passion project is writing a weekly leadership article series on LinkedIn called “#HowDoTheyDoIt.” She co-designed and co-facilitated a Women in Leadership six-week course for Southern Methodist University. She resides in Dallas and volunteers in her local community for Jubilee Park and Community Center and the Melville Family Foundation.
