Mindy Stone-Szabo

Papa Murphy’s International

Mindy Stone-Szabo has been leading, designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences for more than 25 years. She is currently the vice president of Papa Murphy’s Int’l learning and development and has been with the company for over six years. Prior to Papa Murphy’s, Mindy worked in learning and development for nearly 20 years as an educational consultant, an e-learning developer for Chipotle Mexican Grill and a secondary English and public speaking teacher. At Papa Murphy’s, Mindy is responsible for talent development for both corporate and franchise employees, and she led her team to win two Association of Talent Development BEST Awards in 2019 and 2021 for outstanding career path curriculum and employee development programs.

Mindy holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral psychology from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in curriculum development and instructional design from the University of Denver. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), a certified Hogan Leadership Coach and a certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci (CCMP).
