Noah G. Rabinowitz

Vice President, Human Resources & Global Head of Learning
Moderna

Noah G. Rabinowitz is a vice president of human resources and the global head of learning and development at Moderna. He leads Moderna University, the team responsible for providing world-class learning solutions – technical and management – for all segments of Moderna’s employee population, from entry-level to executive.   

An almost 25-year veteran of the HR and learning industry, Rabinowitz joined Moderna in 2022 from Intel Corp., where he served as the chief learning officer. There, he led a global team to design, build and deliver business-transformational leadership and learning programs for Intel’s highly technical and scientific workforce.

Earlier in his career, he held numerous consulting and HR leadership roles at Deloitte, Korn Ferry and Alcatel-Lucent. Rabinowitz has a bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish from Hamilton College and a master’s degree in education from the University of Michigan. A recognized specialist and thought leader in leadership development, learning, corporate universities, ed-tech and human capital, he is a frequent guest lecturer at several leading business schools and industry conferences. He is also deeply committed to volunteer work in supporting veterans in their transition to civilian careers and also sits on the board of a foster care and adoption agency. Rabinowitz resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
