Renae Manning Slaughter, M.S.

Renae Manning Slaughter, M.S., is the director of talent management at Valmont Industries, where she leads data-driven strategic talent management and leadership development programs. Prior to her current role, Renae was a director of talent management at PepsiCo. During this time, Renae supported global groups and functions in developing and implementing their capability, culture and talent development strategy. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Renae served as a manager of talent solutions at OutMatch (formerly Assess Systems). Her experience includes the development and implementation of talent selection and leadership development solutions within a variety of industries, including transportation, oil and gas, education, retail, restaurant and hospitality. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, assessment, performance management, succession planning, leadership development and executive coaching. Renae’s additional experience includes an HR specialist role focusing on employee wellness at the Dallas Area Rapid Transit and several years as a consultant in the area of human capital management.  Renae received her Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
