Dr. Roshni Rupani is an internal HR consultant and organizational development leader with more than 15 years of experience enhancing the workplace for large tech companies. She pursued her doctorate in business psychology with the aspiration to help create more impactful changes in an organization. Roshni has a passion for driving change and innovation and has delivered workplace transformations that helped improve job effectiveness, employee engagement and retention.
Roshni views an organization as an ecosystem — if one part is inefficient or struggling, it creates a ripple effect throughout the rest of the organization. She excels at analyzing organizational issues through data to develop and implement business solutions that can help resolve these pain points. Her purpose is to positively impact employees’ productivity and readiness, and in turn support the organization's goals and objectives. Roshni works alongside the C-suite and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Roshni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey, a Master of Education, Counseling & Personnel Services from Fordham University and a Doctorate in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Most importantly, she’s proud to be a mother to her six year old daughter, Raina, who teaches her to live in the present with joy and laughter!
